Northridge Homeowners Association Annual Meeting

The annual meeting of the Northridge Homeowners Association will be Tuesday, January 14, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the Northridge Village Center, located at 3300 George Washington Carver Avenue (across from Bayberry entrance).

All residents of Northridge are urged to attend and voice your concerns about our subdivision. The agenda will cover election of new members of the board, finances, discussion of green spaces, improvements, projects for 2024, and any new business that residents may bring up.

The board of directors needs new members to serve on the board. Please consider volunteering or suggesting someone to serve on the board. The time commitment is nominal with meetings usually occurring every other month.

The building is normally locked so arrive before 5:30 pm and someone will let you in. Come in the building and turn left down the hallway and there is a conference /meeting room on the left-hand side.
