Northridge Board Monthly Meeting

The board will meet Tuesday, May 6th, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in the Northridge Village Center, located at 3300 George Washington Carver Avenue (across from Bayberry entrance).

The building is normally locked so arrive before the meeting and someone will let you in.

Come in the building and turn left down the hallway and there is a conference /meeting room on the left hand side.

The HOA needs new members serve on the board. Please consider volunteering or suggesting someone to serve on the board.

The time commitment is nominal with meetings usually occurring every other month.

If you do not wish to attend you may send your questions and concerns to nrboard@northridge-ames.us before the meeting.

If you are have an interest in being a board member on the Northridge HOA. We currently have 2-3 open spots for our “At Large” position. As an At Large member, you will provide support to the Board of Directors and act as an intermediary party between the Board and the rest of the membership. Duties and responsibilities will vary and be determined by the HOA’s current needs.
