
Northridge Homeowner’s Association Board of Directors
The job of managing the Association is handled by a Board of Directors elected from your neighbors at the annual meeting. While this board of neighbors serves as volunteers, physical tasks such as mowing green spaces, trimming trees in those green spaces, and maintaining walks and ponds have to be paid for. These tasks are contracted out to private providers selected by the Board.
The Board consists of five (5) individuals elected at an annual or special meeting of the association. The officers elected shall be chosen at a meeting of the Board of Directors held within thirty (30) Days after the annual meeting of the Association. In the past, the officers shall be elected for a term of one (1) year and cannot hold the same office of the Board of Directors for more than three (3) successive years. Terms of the directors are staggered so two (2) directors terms expire in even numbered years and three (3) directors terms expire in odd numbered years. However, due to low interest and participation, the individuals can now serve longer if they are agreeable.
