Fence Application for Board Review
To get started, please complete the Fence Application for Board Review, which is available below and email it to nrboard@northridge-ames.us.
The application will ask you to include a scaled drawing of your lot and proposed fence location, identification of your property line and lot pins, and a photo or brochure of the proposed fence style. If you need help with locating the pins, email the board at nrboard@northridge-ames.us and request to have you pins located. The main consideration for fences is the covenant restrictions for your addition.
